you would have possibly read or heard that Al Clark was stepping
down as the organizer of the event and that, as such, the future of
the event was in limbo.
Despite this, the good news is that Al and his crew will be doing it
again in 2019 (July 18-21) so you can look forward to another

Friend's Jodi Cooke and her mom and dad were at the BC Custom Car Show in Abbotsford with their beautiful 1957 Bel-Airs :) . The Hardtop won 1st and the Nomad 2nd in their categories! Awesome! Congratulations to the Cooke's on their wins :)

I wanted to say a big "Thank you" to friend Sue Strongman for mailing me these two awesome color kodaks she took at Van Isle Dragways when she worked on the return lane handing out times. The one shot shows John Petrie's Challenger in the pits with maybe John himself standing beside it? This shot was taken from the Van Isle tower.
