/San Cobble Raceway (later Van Isle Dragways) June 25 1967 Special thanks to Jack Dawes for sharing with us these photo’s of his 1966 Acadian Canso he bought brand new. Sadly Jack was racing it at the new San Cobble Raceway in Mill Bay BC when something broke on the rear axle sending the car off the track, over the guard rail and down the embankment just past the pits area. Luckily Jack was okay but sadly the Canso was a write off
