A&W Ladysmith Sponsor

I am happy to announce a new sponsor this year. Jason Kellan and A&W Ladysmith were gracious enough to support us this year. Jason has been a huge supporter of the Classic Hot Rod crowd for years hosting the Thursday night Cruisin The Dub get together for years. If you go back through the years, you will see thousands of photos from these fun evenings on our site.

With the restrictions that are still on, we greatly miss these weekly meets. For now the memories will have to be enough. Hoping for the future when we can get together with friends again.

Thanks Jason. Greatly appreciated!

Adele is reaching the end of her life's journey very quickly and when asked if there were any things she'd like to do while she's still here, she replied " she would love to go for a ride in a hot muscle car". Feel the rumble, hear the throaty growl, listening to classic rock! It's a dream come true for her - we're making it happen and want YOU to join us to make this event even MORE SPECIAL. ...and there's a BONUS! We're also going to make the day special for a young boy, Kayden, who's father is dying of cancer and this is likely their last birthday together. (see the event "Josh's son Kayden's birthday")

47 Ford Pick up looking for a good home

Adam Webb contected us about this truck. If you like, you can contact him at awebb@sentinelsolar.com

I have a good friend in Ontario that builds hot rods as a hobby and is out of space for his new build and needs his truck out of the way.  He is keeping the motor as he finds 800 hp a little much for most people looking for a weekend driver, but everything else is included.  He has built some amazing machines of the years, and this one is no different.  He bought a 47 Ford and proceeded to take the body and the VIN number off the truck and recycled / donated the rest.

He hand built a custom chassis for it where he has hidden all the brake lines, coolant lines, fuel lines etc.  Every inch of the truck is brand new other than the body ( which he chopped by 2.5” ).  I know he has well over $100,000 invested in the truck, and that is with him doing all the work himself.

He is asking $40,000 for the truck ( minus the motor ).  The transmission stays with the truck.
